While dismantling air handler, noticed water leak from dielectric union on return side of aquatherm coil. Called CSR to schedule plumber for repairs. Replaced blower motor and capacitor and tested fan, heat & cool cycles. Motor operates normally on hi/low settings. Thank you for allowing MPHC to be your service provider.
