quite the man! He was personable and well versed in his trade. I enjoyed talking with him while he worked. No mess, Left clean surroundings. It didn't take a long to evaluate the problem and fix it. th cost for the repair was reasonable. So happy to have this fixed. It was more a nusiance than an emergency. He still made it a priority.

Jim & Simei showed up based on a cold call for a plumbing inspection. Our old water heater kicked their butt, but they went over and above to make it serviceable for whatever life it still has. We talked about our future options and then worked with me to replace 4 toilets with low flush options. The stayed until the toilets were delivered and worked into the late evening to finish a first-rate job. Very professional and personable technicians.

Kyle is very knowledgeable and helpful explaining services being preformed and what could be expected and how to proceed in resolving our drain issues. I highly recommend him. Pricing appears to be high but in line with other plumbing businesses.

Jason arrived right on time. He was interested in what was going on with my furnace and how he could Help. I bought this condo in 2013 and have never had it serviced. In addition to that the condo was built in 2006 so it was time. He was very thorough and polite. He explained everything completely. I would like to request him in the future when I need something. Gtear experience!!!!

This was my first experience with My Plumber, and I couldn't be more pleased. My repairman arrived within the specified window and quickly diagnosed the problem. He talked me through choices, did the job, then asked... is there anything else? I remembered a few other plumbing issues, which he quickly advised me on. Very helpful. Very very professional.
We requested hot water heater service and discovered that our sump pump was not working. I'm not sure if the pump could have been repaired but we let the plumber replace it. The plumber was very pleasant and professional but I have the concerns listed below. This was the original sump pump that was in the house and there was a cover on it that we could easily lift to check performance. In the new installation, the cover was bolted to the floor. Why was this done? This makes our access more difficult. Does this mean that we'll now need to contact professionals for any repairs? Also, I just wanted to get the pump repaired so I didn't shop around, but now having done so, the prices seems a bit high.
Plumber showed up in timely fashion, fixed the problem in timely fashion. Was professional.
Installed new 40 gal electric water heater. Had to re-route copper line to compensate for taller heater.
Replaced U/V bulbs & media filter and verified bulb operation.
Snaked main line from back left bathroom. Had to remove w/c to snake line. Stoppage was at 120ft, I snaked 150ft. Pulled back wads of paper and feces. Camera person that was out there before me had noted blockage at 120 ft. Ran water in both rear bathrooms for 10 mins no backup. Work was done with k1500.
Cleaned burner assembly and sensor. Getting proper air flow now.
1. Pulled toilet to snake out Main sewer line 45 feet until clear pulled back tampons 2. No warranty 3. Tested everything and it is working fine 4. Thanks for choosing my plumber have a wonderful day
Replaced with new contactor with customer permission and unit is now running.
Listened to customers (99 yr Sr. Citizen and sister) concerns regarding noises at nighttime from furnace. Home in question is for daughter whom now is bedridden; mom and sister now reside there. Both sisters dispute one another regarding issues with furnace. Discussed Priority Club benefits with sisters and left pamphlet. While looking over system, noticed humidifier water panel heavily soiled. Replaced it upon customers request and cleaned & flushed cabinet/drain lines. Spoke with Harold (homeowners husband) whom stated that they have a maintenance plan and recently had the furnace checked out and serviced. I mentioned the humidifier service and he approved. No further service checks to furnace at this time
I installed a new pop up assembly in the upstairs hall bathroom.
INSTALLED NEW 50 GALLLON ELECTRIC WATER HEATER,TWO BALLS VALVES,20’’ ALUMINUM PAN,TWO GALLON ESPANSION TANK, WHOLE HOUSE ANTISCALE ( FLOW TECH)
Installed customer supplied Kitchen Faucet. Tested, working well without leaks.
Psi 60 chl - Install c/s trim kit for moen shower faucet and install c/s lavatory faucet h/b 2 floor
Uninstalled customers upstairs hallway toilet, removed supply line and valve. Installed customers supplied American Standard Water Closet + Valve + Supply Line + Flange Repair Tested with no leaks, working fine. Warrenty on toilet, not wax ring or seal due to cracked flange.
Kitchen faucet had a breached seal and was leaking. Flappers on both upstairs and downstairs toilets had breached. Angle stop to basement toilet was leaking. Replaced kitchen faucet with a Moen single handle. Replaced angle stop with a quarter turn valve and supply line (courtesy). Replaced both flappers. Tested all, functioning properly, no leaks. 2 year warranty P/L on faucet, 1 year on angle stop. No warranty on flapper only tasks. Military discount applied.
Replaced 1/2’’ shut off ball valve.. in the basement.. PSI 55.. water heater is about to leak..is only few years old,,,
