Recently, I had the pleasure of meeting with Mr. Jason Hale to assess the plumbing situation in my home. He arrived on time and immediately got to work inspecting the pipes under the bathroom and kitchen sinks, as well as the toilets and showers. He asked a number of questions to ensure his understanding of ongoing issues and then quickly checked out the water heater to address a concern about the water heater efficiency. He secured a vent and then continued with the plumbing work, which included installation of a new garbage disposal. Jason also informed me of a scale inhibitor water filter to soften the water and remove corrosive chemicals to protect our pipes. I really appreciated Jason's outstanding customer service and will request him as our plumbing expert for future calls.
