Basement unit ducts & filter ok, blower assembly clean, motor FLA 3.2, heat kit load voltage 242, amperage 19.0 x 3, controls & wiring ok, coil ok, Air Knight air cleaner ok, condensate drain line clear, pump operational. Heat pump coil ok, controls ok, low voltage wiring degraded, armorflex insulation degraded, bump check satisfactory, refrigerant pressures ok. Attic air handler ducts & filter ok, blower assembly ok, motor FLA 1.8, heat kit load voltage 242, amperage 19.0 x 2, controls & wiring ok, no primary/secondary pan safety switches present, condensate drain line clear. Heat pump coil ok, controls ok, low voltage wiring degraded, refrigerant pressures ok. Advised customer of findings and presented options. Installed primary/secondary pan safety switches, stripped back and removed damaged wiring and reconnected & wrapped all connections, replaced armorflex insulation on basement HP unit
