Craig, the technician, did his best to repair our furnace. Due to the fact that the fan is broken he said that we could replace that, but recommended that he contact someone who would come and explain our options. Craig is very personable, kind and knowledgeable. Last evening Victor came to the house and checked our furnace. He explained thoroughly all of the information regarding the various furnaces. We chose one and then he set up the installation day with Steve via cell phone. Hopefully we will be warm again on Wednesday. Victor is very knowledgeable and uses excellent analogies in his explanations. He is very friendly and my husband really enjoyed his time with us. As with all previous My Plumber employees that have been here in the past, both Craig and Victor are very representative of your Company. Thank you from a greatly satisfied customer.
