My techs name was Alex, he arrived promptly and made a quick assessment of the problem, which was a Crack in my garbage disposal and a blocked drain. He was focused and neat, made sure area was clean after he was done, great job. The price, however, seemed high :$600 to replace garbage disposal and $500 to snake the drain, expensive, expensive. I rated the price below average, This is no reflection on his work, but MyPlumber's profit margin. Let's face it, the garbage disposal at retail price is less than $300 and use of snaking equipment (maybe $150 at most); 2 hrs labor, $200---shouldn't have been anymore than $700.
