While we were thankful to have someone come fix the problem on a Saturday, we won't be using My Plumber again. To have a cost of $445 for a 10-minute repair job is ridiculous. We were able to use the 10% senior citizen discount. Next time, if there is one, we'll find a local, smaller company that would charge 2/3 less than My Plumber.
