Replaced leaking gas valve, ran heat cycle after installing new gas valve to ensure proper operation. Main gas cutoff valve to furnace is back on and pilot is lit inside furnace. Chemically cleaned condenser coils to improve airflow across coils. After cleaning coils, charged system with customer permission with 1lb of R22 refrigerant. System is now running a lot more efficiently and is cooling home. System is in good condition. No further problems to report.
