other than the service the problem I had was 12/31/ 2019 the service person was very late getting to my house. there woud not been a problem if my plumber would have called me and let me know what was going on. happen again on 1/2/2019 service person was scheduled to be here between 9 am and 12 pm. no call or anything to let me know what was going on. service person got to my house at qround 4pm. I had to call my plumber many times both days to get answers. this should not happen. I could have gotten other things done instead of waiting all day. the excuse I got was the part was on will call. this is not an excuse. At least a phone call would have suffice.
