Customer had a broken cast iron flange in the lowest level of the house. Explained that replacing the flange would be the best option and it would involve tearing up the ground more. She had tile guys ready to put in the tile so she just wanted a temporary fix. Went and got spanner flange to repair the broken cast iron. Measured 12 1/4” from the wall since they had to add the backsplash on the wall.
