This was my first time using My Plumber. I couldn’t have asked for a better plumber than Keith Jones & Craig. Wow!!! They explained everything to me. I explained to them that this bathroom pipe had leaked 3 times in 14yrs, twice within 6mos and I wanted it fixed. The two of them were so thorough. I will definitely be requesting these two for my future plumbing issues. Additionally, my husband was not able to be home with me that day. They always made me aware of their location in my home and announced when they were approaching me. I made my Monday appt on the Friday before. On Monday I was called to rescheduled my appt due to more pressing emergencies. (That’s the week it rains for 7 straight days). While I understand I didn’t appreciate being rescheduled. For that I rated conscience below average.

Removed defunct hose bib attached to old water line. Installed new mild climate anti siphon faucet and 1/2” ball valve to new water line. Continue work under contract 1807191901GCC per 1150JH.
Installed 2 new sump pumps with quiet check valves
Water was leaking from upstairs hallbath, down to the stairwell and on the floor. Removed old waste and overflow. Remove old nut P trap and three feet of iron pipe. To stop water from leaking on to stairs and floor. Everything was replace with all new piping and fittings.
