Ted was a nice guy but could have done a better repair job. He replaced the leaky hot & cold water faucets for the washing machine. However, he had to cut a hole in the wall to replace some pipes to complete the repair. I inspected the job after he said it was fixed and pointed out that the faucets were set back too far into the wall.They would not be reachable after the drywall was repaired. He did not want to start over and fix the problem by lengthening the pipes so that there was ample clearance from the wall. Instead, he ended up using an extra fixture to extend the length of the faucet lines. Now they just barely clear the drywall. Additionally, he made a mess while working and left without cleaning up afterwards. I was not impressed with his customer service skills. I expected to have received better workmanship based on the total cost of he repair. At least he fixed the leaks.
