Service was exceptional. I called at 11:45 a.m. to get help with a blocked bathtub drain; Jim was at the door at 12:30. He did a fantastic job — fixed the problem speedily, cleaned the tub and floor like new and was gone within a half hour tops. The only cloud on the experience was a health-care-like bill of $380-plus (AFTER the senior discount!). Even given the quality of the service provided, this just seems shockingly high.
