Called My Plumber early on Saturday morning to fix a broken water heater (electric). I had already pulled the access panel and saw the thermostat had shorted out (melted cover, burnt contactors). They told me since they installed the heater and it was only four years old, that it was covered under the manufacturer's warranty. They promised to get to me that day but called at 2pm to say they wouldn't make it afterall. I scheduled an appointment for the following Saturday since the house is a weekend retreat only. On Friday, I called to confirm the appointment. 20 minutes later, they called me to confirm (again!). I mentioned I already called them myself and was told some excuse about how that was for the appointment day and the second call was to confirm the time - really??? The tech, Jermaine, showed on time, but then told me that I had opted for the "no warranty" install when originally put in. Yes, I argued, that was for the labor - but the parts should still be covered by the manufacturer. He called his manager and denied me ANY coverage for a tank that was only FOUR years old. Then Jermaine quoted me three options - the CHEAPEST of which was to replace the thermostats for $800!!! Shoot, the original replacement was $1,200! Not having any real choice as I needed the hot water, I agreed, but I feel ripped off to the extreme. My Plumber is a joke - don't come out when they promise, claim warranty coverage then deny it, and then charge you exhorbitant prices. If this happens again, I know already that I can go to Grainger and spend $20 in parts to fix the water heater myself. TOTAL RIP OFF!! BTW - did some post repair online research. According to national consumer review sites, the AVERAGE cost to replace the electric water heater thermostats SHOULD have been between $100 to $400. AVOID MY PLUMBER! THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF!

Nothing but total satisfaction with the job. He was professional, personal, and I felt comfortable with him and his assistant working in my home all day. I am not going to give 5 stars for pricing, because I had no other estimate to compare it against. The water filtration system was needed, but it was more expensive than I imagined; but that could be due to my lack of knowledge regarding this type of equipment. What was installed was exactly as described and hopefully will save my pipes from corrosion. I am grateful to have a top of the line system that is worry free, easy to operate, will last for years to come and will protect my home.

Diagnosed well system and found to be operational and properly set up for 40/60 system.
Replaced upper and lower thermostat on 50 gal electric water heater. Upper thermostat was melted/fried. 90 day limited warranty upon discretion, can’t see if farther back behind insulation if wiring is open and could ground out on tank. Gave options for elements and wh replacement
Completed the following Replaced well pump with new pump,wire,rope,guards,torque arrestor and water line. Pump set at approx 90 ft in 105 ft well Replaced well tank system under home with new well tank with tank tee kit. 2 year warranty on all work.
Replaced a gas line from manifold to water heater....2 years warranty...pointed by gas company to be replaced, pressure tested 5 psi....20minutes.....customer will ground bounded if needed
Checked pump. Pump good Crawled into crawl space and checked switch. Switch is good and well tank as well. Found clogged sediment filter. Traveled to pick up filter and replaced filter. Provided estimate of $1800 approx to route filter line into laundry closet for easy access. Scheduled 7/22/18 1st call I purchased filter. Stores ecliptic machine broken. I’m not worried about $4 dollars

Installed Bosch electric tankless water heater in house. Installed 2 new boiler drains on hot and cold lines. Upon hooking up electric lines. Water came pouring out of one leg. Installed new 36 gallon well tank complete with new components. Well switch 40/60 new drain valve and relief valve. Water treatment and all components. Filled with 5 bags of calcite and 5 bags of salt. Tested and filled system. Set up for 17g hardness and set to regenerate tonight. 2 year parts and labor warranty on all work completed. Installed drain for system in unfinished area. Repaired 3/4 copper leak in bulk head of basement.
Complete install of new hot water system including ball valves and aluminum pan 10 year warranty (stays valid with proper yearly maintenance) Installed water treatment system to remove sediment from community well system and large amounts of chlorine.
Performed diagnostic check of leak in ceiling above kitchen. Upon removal of ceiling found that toilet is cause of leak. Options offered. While removing supply from angle valve cpvc pipe broke loose from fitting. Once toile was pulled found flange to be below tile level of floor. Work performed Raised flange to proper height. 1 year warranty Replaced section of broken water line and installed new angle valve.
