Jose Revollo did an excellent job resolving my plumbing issue. He listened patiently to my requests and concerns. He answered all my questions and then went above and beyond to be sure that I understood what needed to be done and why. Jose reviewed with me the job pricing estimate of the work to be done and applied discounts where possible. Moe is friendly and courteous. He explained exactly what he needed to do to rescue my grandmother’s wedding ring from the drain and pointed out the cracked and damaged parts (my house is 30-years old and the plumbing is the original plumbing). He explained what repairs were needed and the pricing for all of the options so that I could make the best decision.

Augered Toilet and cleared blockage. No warranty. Tightened nut behind toilet. No warranty.

Customer had a main shut off valve that wouldn’t turn off. Replaced it with a ball valve. Prv was still working with a psi of 50 so it didn’t need to be replaced. Master bathroom needed a new cartridge for it to stop dripping from handle and a new valve needed to to be installed to replace a needle valve. New main shut off valve was installed and replaced hose bibb washers a courtesy. Rest of the items would have to be done at a separate time when customer calls back. 2yrs parts and labor warranty on shut off valve
Found leak coming from the supply line connection to toilet, recommended minor rebuild installed minor rebuild. Fill valve, flapper, handle and supply line
Arrived to find failed 40/5 mfd capacitor at outdoor system. Replaced part after getting approval from landlord, had to wait a while to get in touch with him. Replaced part and tested operation. Pressures 80/210, 17F delta T. Compressor 8.92 amps, fan motor 0.93 amps, repairs complete.
