Moe is friendly and courteous. He explained exactly what he needed to do to rescue my grandmother’s wedding ring from the drain and pointed out the cracked and damaged parts (my house is 30-years old and the plumbing is the original plumbing). He explained what repairs were needed and the pricing for all of the options so that I could make the best decision.
