Customer had a shut off valve in the upstairs hallway bathroom that would not turn off. She needed to replace fill valve since it was constantly running but could not do it because of the shut off valve. Went downstairs to turn the water off but the main shut off valve was also not working. Replaced main shut off and added a new angle stop for bathroom. Also became members of our home service plan. 2yr warranty on parts and labor for the valves.
