Replaced the psc blower motor and cap. Removed debris from the return box
Inspected furnace and ac system. Found the outdoor unit non operational due to a bad capacitor. I replaced. System is in operational
Replaced Lennox communicating thermostat. Tested system. Unit is in good working order.
Install new prv 1” and replace expansion tank
I sealed return duct in attic, pulled and cleaned blower wheel. Cleaned secondary heat exchanger, cleaned evaporator coil. Rinsed off evaporator as a courtesy.
Replaced thermocouple and tested by cycling it off and on.
Unit keep running. Checked the system and noticed fan is on on position. Switch the fan from on to auto and then checked the system. Noticed system is low on charge and outside condenser is dirty. Also noticed disconnect breaker is loose. Tight the disconnect and added 3 lb R410 to the system to get enough pressure and temperature. Also washed outside condenser coil to get proper air flow. All working ok at this time.
Psi 60 I arrived to the customer x leaking living room ceiling (not responsible water damage in the ceiling)leak source replaced tub spout slip type with diverter caulking tested working ok recommended replace hand held shower head because it’s leaking between hose and head
49$ check, inspected the furnace check the flame sensor and heating it is in good condition.inspected the AC unit and found bad Start capacitor and Run Capacitor, change the both capacitors. Also noticed a dusty duct work and blower motor wheel, informed the customer and customer decline to do at this time.
Arrived to find evidence of water flooding into basement from main floor. Main floor had wet carpet and water was off upon arrival. Checked under kitchen sink and behind fridge and everything was dry. Drywall was wet in basement and standing water in utility room. Cut into drywall and found nothing leaking. Went back upstairs and checked under dishwasher and found a small amount of water. Ran it on small wash and about 10 minutes into cycle dishwasher began spewing water from sides. Reccommended replacing dishwasher. Also replac3d kitchen faucet and threeway anglestop underneath for dishwasher
1. Repaired first floor powder room water closet by replacing angle stop cpvc , And minor tank rebuild replacing fill valve, water closet supply line, and coastal blue flapper due to low-water pressure system was only three years old after making repairs tested everything and working good at this time ........ 2. Checked kitchen sink faucet recommending repair or replacement during evaluation customer decided to go to Home Depot and pick out their own faucet for installation, install customer supply Moen kitchen faucet after installation check the system everything is working good at this time ........ 3. Removed and replaced push pull tub stopper in upstairs master bathroom per customers request ...... 4. Adjusted water pressure PRV adjusting pressure to 60 PSI per customer request, Regular setting was at 35 PSI......... 5. House is approximately 3 to 4 years old ....
