HSP: Y/N Water Heater Safety Check: Y/N Anode Rod Picture: Y/N T&P Picture: Y/N Psi63-Arrived to the home with customer already with issues under u/s h/b sink.found a leak at hot side shut off valve.also found a rusted out pop up drain that needed replacing as well.a recommendation was given to replace the old moen lav faucet.installed 2 emergency shut off valves and a moen sgl Hdl faucet with new pop up drain.everything else checked good thru out the home.4 yrs old gas w/h in good condition and sump pump been upgraded.
