PRV is still holding pressure. 50 gallon electric water heater installed with sharkbites by handyman is less than 1 year old, no expansion tank, no drip pan and not piped in with at least 18” of copper above heater. Hard water is evident. Handle on upstairs Moen shower is hard to pull out causing handle to always come loose. Hot water handle on kitchen faucet is also very stiff to turn. Powder room toilet does not flush due to broken handle and non functioning fill valve. Performed minor tank rebuild on powder room toilet, new fill valve, new handle and new flush disc gasket. 1 year warranty. Also talked about Flowtech anti-scale hard water system.
