1. Performed plumbing inspection throughout home in crawlspace making the further recommendations, replace main water shut off valve due to a leak and install pressure reducing valve due to high water pressure, also recommended replacing angle stop under kitchen sink and replacing kitchen faucet due to a leak , Also recommended that customer repair or replace water heater due to T&P valve leaking into crawlspace..... 2. Removed and replaced main water shut off valve located in crawlspace under house, also installed a new PRV pressure reducing valve to adjust water pressure properly ....... 3. Repaired leak from water heater by replacing the T&P valve that was leaking to crawlspace, however there is no warranty on this work due to the age and condition of water heater ........... 4. Psi. 55
