Genti Paceli, the technician who performed the service, has a professional and pleasant demeanor. After listening to our plumbing issues, he assessed what was needed to correct the problems. He then provided an estimate, and, after receiving my approval, performed the job with excellent results. He showed me what had been done, and advised me of the warranty period for parts and labor.
