Utility room A.O. Smith 80 Gal Electric Water Heater was not producing hot water. When I arrived I turned off power and tested both elements and both thermostats for continuity. First test showed no issues. And after turning the power back on, there were no issues and the water heater began to heat. While waiting the customer mentioned that she experienced above average water temperatures before the water heaters stopped producing hot water. Cut power off and tested again, identified that the upper element was faulty. Customer approved work for new upper element installation. Installed, tested. Working. 1 Year Warrenty Parts + Labor
