My experience with My Plumber (MP) was excellent. Unlike other plumbing businesses that we have called to fix a plumbing problem at our residence, the MP technician arrived at the time I was told he would be arrive AND he came with all the tools he would need to fix the problem. As it turned out the fixtures were very very old (approximately 23 years) and as such the fixtures needed to be replaced before any other problem/s surfaced. The technician called his office and the replacement fixtures were delivered to our residence within 1 hour by another My Plumber employee. Our MP technician kept us informed as to what he was doing and told us when the water would be turned off and approximately how long the water would be off. Any plumbing problems we have in the future will definitely be resolved by MP technicians. For anyone having plumbing problems I would suggest that MP be called for a quick response and at a good price.
