mark was AWESOME! he first replaced the thermostats, and then needed to come back the following day to replace the two heating elements. he was professional and engaging! he explained every step of the process to me, and had extreme patience with me while i was suffering from the flu and couldn't really do much more than sit on the couch and direct him to the basement! he was great and the service was perfect.
