Called customer service, scheduled twice and the appointments were incorrectly scheduled. The customer service representatives were very nice, but had computer issues which prevented the proper scheduling. Once we had an appointment time, our technician, Chris Lewis, was excellent. He was very polite and down to earth. He resolved our A/C issues after two visits (needed to order a part and it was a late night appointment).
