Bennett was extremely helpful in dealing with a thermostat issue that came up unexpectedly. He was able to fix it quickly and even found a coupon to help us with the price. He was very professional, friendly and tolerated my crazy dogs. I would be happy to work with him again.

Randall was very professional. Price quoted was high, but digging was required, and it was a “shitty” job that I am unable to do. Repair work was delayed because septic tank pumps to community drain field, and Randall made sure line was not pressurized before cutting into it to make repairs. I was very impressed with his skill at sizing lengths of replacement pipes, taking into account socket depths of the fittings. All new pieces connected nicely. The job-start to finish and clean up-took about four hours. This is because Randall properly allowed at least 30 minutes for the glued joints to cure before pressurizing the line. He conducted a system test before calling the repair successful. My Plumber was responsive and responsible, bringing to the job the right talent, tools and materials.

Somehow my compressor fan got bent and was found during their inspection. Order part and had it installed in a couple days. It still surprises me how much these "fixes" cost for labor and material.

I was very glad to get service done on a Saturday when the leak was discovered. Of course a part needed to be ordered and the problem could not be finally fixed to Monday but the leak was stopped on Saturday until a full repair could be made. Technician was very professional.

Arrived early. Ok’d By customer. Assisted Craig Moss on a Bryant Evo System multiple times. Priced equip for Rudder and Miller. Jennifer in CSR called several times regarding cust Merkli. Called cust Merkli w/ Jennifer and resolved issue and priced the additional duct work the cust is requesting. Performed hsphvac maintenance on 2 systems. All filters recently replaced. Installed a new electrical absorption system on zone 2- the Goodman a/c. Zone2- 2005 R22 system. The LP gas furnace is newer. Discussed the phaseout of R22. Cust will wait until complete failure before replacing the system. Cleared the ez trap. R22 pressures and temps ok. Condensate pump ok. Zone2- 2014 Bryant packaged a/c and LP gas furnace system. Ductwork under the home had been crushed but has been repaired and ok now. Coils clean. R410A pressures and temps ok. SH-13 deg. SC-8 deg. Disconnects tested ok. #10 wiring from the disconnect to the units. Number of Systems:2 Equipment Age:5/14 Model and Serial
Checked and found nest thermostat failed ,quoted Honeywell 8000. Installed new control and set up WiFi connection.checked operations and returned to service.

Completed replacement of well pump. New pump set at 275 feet approx. Cut ceiling to expose leaking water line. Performed pipe repair from copper to CPVC pipe. Tested 1 year warranty Not responsible for drywall.
Crawled under home and checked well tank system. Found failed well tank and failed switch. Offered options Replaced 30/50 switch with new switch. Tested. System is short cycling which could potentially damage well pump. It is recommended that tank be done as soon as possible. Estimate is approx $2097. Water line work will have to take place in order to accommodate new tank.
Performed inspection of bored well. Well casing in great shape. Found large water line leak in casing. Dug outside of casing and inserted new line from outside of casing to within inside casing. Reused existing pitless adapter and connnected to existing poly line outside of casing. Sealed sleeve.

Installed 1”x20” GAINT BLUE FILTER HOUSING + 4”x20” 50 Micron Pleaded Filter. Installed filter after the well tank. Mounted ply board to the finger block wall, and mounted filter mount to ply board. 3/4” valves on either side of filter as well as a bypass. Conducted water samples before filteration from well tank.
Installed 80Gal Electric Water Heater with (1) 5 Gal Expantion Tank (1) 26” Pan (2) 3/4” Ball Valves Set temperature to 120F. No leaks, system is running fine.
Installed customer supplied bathroom faucet and two new angle stops
