Randall was very professional. Price quoted was high, but digging was required, and it was a “shitty” job that I am unable to do. Repair work was delayed because septic tank pumps to community drain field, and Randall made sure line was not pressurized before cutting into it to make repairs. I was very impressed with his skill at sizing lengths of replacement pipes, taking into account socket depths of the fittings. All new pieces connected nicely. The job-start to finish and clean up-took about four hours. This is because Randall properly allowed at least 30 minutes for the glued joints to cure before pressurizing the line. He conducted a system test before calling the repair successful. My Plumber was responsive and responsible, bringing to the job the right talent, tools and materials.
