Customer had leak in the dining area ceiling. Customer did not want the drywall cut open. Pulled and reset the upstairs hall bathroom toilet, which sits right above the main level dining area. Tested, no leaks at this time. Customer is upset that they have not had either the plumbing or hvac inspection in over a year. Performed hsp plumbing evaluation. Customer has a water heater that is from 2005. Gave customer estimate to replace the heater. Customer is also looking to get the basement bathroom and the upstairs hall bathroom remodeled.
