The shutoff valve for the outside faucet was installed too high for me to reach without a ladder. I live alone and in my 60's with a hip problem. I wish the technician had asked me if that was an OK place to install it before installing it. Otherwise, very good work and technician was polite As far as convenience for those who work, I wish My Plumber could come up with a more timely way of estimating arrival. I know it's hard to do, but very inconvenient to the customer who works. I just mentioned these two things - I am satisfied with My Plumber and appreciate their sensitivity to customers. .
