Tech needs cloned

Cory has serviced our AC in the past and again I will have to say this guy needs cloned. He is on his A game every time he comes to our residence. Very knowledgeable and confident with his knowledge. Very impressed with this guy. You are the man for sure. The Pattersons

Excellent but unbelievably expensive

The guys were great. They came very quickly because of my sewer backup, diagnosed the problem, the tube was clogged with wet wipes that my border had been using unbeknown to me. In less that 30 minutes, all was done and cleaned up. The original cost was $740, though he managed to give me a deal for $200 less.

disappointed

Technician was fine. But I had two straight days of missed appointments. Finally after a late afternoon phone call to myplumber on the third day, hey got a tech to my house after 7pm. Charged almost $250 to clear a clogged drain in the AC unit that took all of 5 minutes. I thought their webpage said that if they miss service on the same day of call, it was free, but not even a discount for me for an appointment that was schedule ahead of time and two days of nobody showing up. Like I said, tech himself I have no complaints, he was efficient. This was the second time I’ve used MyPlumber in two months, but not sure I’ll be calling again based on this...

Great Service. CRAPPY BILL

Tech was awesome however $410 for a leaky shower faucet is price gouging. I can buy a faucet at Home depot for $50. I will never recommend thus rip off company to my friends...only my enemies. You win today but all my teacher friends will spread the word about your exorbitant pricing. I give this experience negative 100 stars for being held up like a highway robbery.

Over an Emergency Weekend....

Rich was the best... after several delay and cancellations and the promise of being "next in the queue", I was sent Rich who was way past a 12 hour day... he was so helpful and friendly and really explained how well the company was taking care of the employees during this crazy pipe bursting weekend. Talked about the original owner and that Rich had once left but returned because it is that good a company. He also did exceptional work. No "pressure" for more things.. but informed me of what I should look for down the road as my home ages and offered that these are services they can provide. Took time to acknowledge my pets and inform me of the fumes from some of the adhesives and to make sure to keep the animals away etc. Received my full invoice with notes to submit to my insurance company within 20 minutes of completion of the job. The only "need to work on" is dispatch. They are a bit confused... I was told they closed a 6pm and the next person told me 9pm. I was told I was next and 3 hours later when I called I was then told the plumber went home sick etc... A simple phone call or email to give me a status update would have been appreciated. If I hadn't called for the 4th time, and received support from a fantastic rep, she was patient and understanding of my 3 day frustration, she dispatched Rich to my house... I will use them again knowing that if I don't like the customer service rep I get, to call back.. but I will request Rich. What even better is that the ServePro crew showed up to check on the fans etc and they knew Rich and his quality of work and said that I got a good one... nice to see the small community and communication between 2 companies.

They explained what the problem was well and what needed to be done very professionally.

They did the work well and I was impressed. The problem was difficult to find and fix.They also appeared to be good employees and knew about customer satisfaction as being important. Again, my thanks to them on getting this fixed.
