Having received notice of a failure of the air scrubber, installed in 2015, during a recent HVAC inspection, I chose to ask for Mr. Bennett to come have another look. He stated it might only be a bulb replacement required, and if it was more, that was under warranty. This is contrary to the earlier inspector saying he'd charge $1,707.00 for a complete replacement. Also, for medical reasons, I need the dryer to be vented outdoors, and not through an inside water filter, which doesn't totally filter the dryer outflow. Mr Bennett found an expedient means to meet this requirement and will return with the necessary parts to do the work. He looks out his customers' financial interests.
