Mr. Jonathan Bennett "field a loose ball" left dangling from a previous HVAC inspection that only said "your air filter is broken." Mr. Bennett researched the fact that the unit, installed by My Plumber, was still under warranty, so he ordered a replacement. Turns out it was only the UV bulb burned out so we didn't need the replacement anyhow. Mr. Bennett also connected an outside exhaust for my clothes dryer; using interior water filter was not acceptable for asthmatic conditions such as we experienced. Mr. Bennett is a leader in terms of customer care and quality workmanship. We will ask for him on all HVAC issues in the future.
