Replaced thermal couple on already disassembled burner assembly Reinstalled and connected previous plumbers “repairs” Tested and found system to be operational after all air had been removed from system. No warranty on repair. System is extremely dirty with dust and hair. Area around system needs to be cleaned No warranty due to age of system 2011
Checked the system and noticed drain line is clogged and causing safety switch shut the thermostat off. Clean/ Cleared the drain line and drain pan and unit backed to operation. Checked other components,all working properly at this time.
Psi 65 replace kitchen faucet new valves
On arrival, zone 2 was working properly. Complaint of one zone upstairs was not cooling. Filter should be replaced soon. Zoned top level system. Both upper level Tstats set for 68 deg. Both reading room temps of 71 deg and was on and cooling with a 19 deg deltaT. Discussed possible issues. Found the capacitor wired wrong on zone 1. Recently replaced by another service company. Wired capacitor correctly
Installed new PRV and main shutoff valve as a courtesy. 1 year warranty on PRV, no Warranty on courtesy work.
I inspected heat pump system to include: R-22 10+ Upon arrival AC was closed due to customer heard a bad noise on outer unit, Diagnose and find a Bad capacitor in outdoor unit Replace capacitor 35/5 -condenser coils need cleaning -Refrigerant charge is low Oddb 74 Iddb 81 Offer HSP and RTS customer declined.
Installed new 3/4 ball valve on main line to home. Tested and bled air out of system.
Psi 65 Installed new 3/4 ball valve on main line to home. Tested and bled air out of system. 2 year parts and labor Also noted water heater was installed a year ago and no expansion tank or water pan Customer brother does this for a living Recommended getting inspection done on install.
Customer explained that they had discolored water last Thursday. Parent had concerns. Strongly believe there may have been a water main break In the area. Performed visual inspection of water line delivery system. All looks good at this time. Sanitized and collected sample at mop sink faucet. Sample is being delivered at this time to 3rd party testing facility. Results will be delivered to customer upon receiving results.
Installed new burner assembly. Everything working at this time. Advised to keep lint/dust out of water heater pan, air filter around the bottom of the tank was very dirty.
Installed Toto ada elongated in upstairs hall bathroom. Install Toto elongated on main floor 1/2 bathroom. 2yr parts and labor warranty
Replace leaking 3/4” PRV. 2 year warranty
Upon arrival,completed install.80% furnace,And Ac/coil ,EcoBee T stat ,condensate safety,start and checked system ,Delta-T 20.5 * All other Readings up loaded,Furnace will have to be checked upon heating season.
