On arrival, zone 2 was working properly. Complaint of one zone upstairs was not cooling. Filter should be replaced soon. Zoned top level system. Both upper level Tstats set for 68 deg. Both reading room temps of 71 deg and was on and cooling with a 19 deg deltaT. Discussed possible issues. Found the capacitor wired wrong on zone 1. Recently replaced by another service company.
