1)hvac diagnostic 2) client said that drain pan fell off to side and caused all the water to drain out of the pan I asked client when the last time he changed his 1 inch filter he said last year every one inch filter should be changed every 30 days to have proper airflow otherwise system will freeze up causing the water damage, client is aware of conditions and will like to get a second opinion. 3)Job complete.
