Upon arrival customer explained that system is not cooling. Found system charge nearly empty of R22 refrigerant, if system is to be charged a leak search must be performed due to phased out refrigerant. Blower is dirty and requires cleaning. Suction line missing most of its insulation. Disconnect switch is broken. Dual capacitor failing and in need of replacement. Furnace is 27 years old and AC is 28 years old. System replacement is recommended due to age, condition and estimated costs of repairs. Set up appointment with comfort specialist to go over replacement options.
