The air condition in my home was not working, NICE had a tech come to my home within the hour and fixed the air conditioner in a timely fashion. Both the technician and the young lady that set up the appointment were professional, knowledgable and polite!

Outdoor fan motor Capacitor R410a up to specs Indoor capacitor 1)hvac diagnostic 2) client said that system is not cooling I confirmed outdoor fan motor and capacitor is faulty and needs to be replaced, client authorized all repairs I also noticed system is low on refrigerant and advised to charge system up to specs and replace indoor capacitor, client authorized repairs. 3)Job complete, left thermostat on desired temperature.
Comfort advantage club 1)tune up 2) I was out in March and did full tune up client had home warranty fix the issues and I confirmed proper delta t and also confirmed refrigerant levels. Performed cooling tune up. Checked all major components and system operation. Flushed drain line. Unable to clean condenser coil due to hose connection not working. Blower wheel is very dirty, recommend pulling and chemically cleaning. Evaporator coil 25% impacted, recommend chemically cleaning in place. Ducts are very dirty, recommend duct cleaning service (includes duct cleaning and sanitation, dryer vent cleaning, blower cleaning and evaporator coil cleaning.) Current air filter not catching all particles, recommend IAQ 3000 to filter, sanitize and purify the air in the home. System will need to be cleaned in order to ensure proper operation this season.
Arrived at clients for two systems cooling maintenance. Did thorough evaluation of both systems. Set both thermostats to cooling. Flushed both condensate drain lines with water. Mini capacitors for both indoor systems were weak. Client did not approve replacement. There was no water safety’s for attic unit. Recommend ez trap water safety as well as wet switch flood protection. Outdoor capacitor for downstairs unit was weak as well. We found a leak in the downstairs evaporator coil. Client wanted to seal the leak and top off the unit. We were not able to go with that option. Client would like comfort specialist to come out tomorrow 5/1/2020 at 10am to go over possible replacement of both systems. Both systems are operational.
Arrived at residence for cooling tune up and water heater maintenance. System pressures and reading were all good. Washed the outdoor coil and checked readings as well. We recommend iaq 1000. Customer may be interested in new water heater.
* Hvac system monthly membership for your HVAC system Return visit to replace the main burner. Pulled the old burner out then replaced it, found burned thermocouple, replaced the thermocouple under parts and labor warranty, tested for gas leaks then cycled the system. Job complete.
1)hvac diagnostic 2) I found leak in evaporator coil and explain to client about repair vs replace, I did notice that system is not cooling at this time, he does have a home warranty and will make a claim today and our comfort specialist will be going out on Wednesday (3/11/20) to g over options at 4pm. 3)Job not complete, comfort specialist will come and provide options.
Heat tune and fireplace I started checking the furnace and everything was good, the.blower wheel is very dirty and needed to be clean. The filter needed the right one in there. I advise the client and let her know about it. The fireplace is outside the porch and everything was good I check for gas leak and carbon monoxide and also clean the thermopile. Everything was good to go.
Gas fireplace diagnostic The main burner is old I and rusted out needs to be replaced, pulled the logs out and cleaned the soot, advised the client to make the gas fireplace 100% operational we must replace the burner or get a new gas fireplace. The client wants to get the replacement options and the repairs options.
Did a heat tune up for 1 system I check everything around the furnace and made sure everything was running in good condition. The blower wheel is very dirty and needs to be clean. The inducer motor is putting high amp which means it can just go out any time. Everything else was good.

No heat diagnostic Upon arrival found heat pump system complete frozen, we were able to thawed the ice by using warm water, checked for refrigerant pressures ok tested the defrost board no response, found faulty defrost board and sensor. Advised the client and went over the solutions, the client denied the repairs because they have home warranty. Job complete
