Performed cooling tune up. Checked all major components and system operation. Flushed drain line. Unable to clean condenser coil due to hose connection not working. Blower wheel is very dirty, recommend pulling and chemically cleaning. Evaporator coil 25% impacted, recommend chemically cleaning in place. Ducts are very dirty, recommend duct cleaning service (includes duct cleaning and sanitation, dryer vent cleaning, blower cleaning and evaporator coil cleaning.) Current air filter not catching all particles, recommend IAQ 3000 to filter, sanitize and purify the air in the home. System will need to be cleaned in order to ensure proper operation this season.
