Service you would rarely find

Not sure why NICE Heating and Air is not appearing with rave reviews. We had an exceptional experience with them. They went above and beyond. I strongly believe that people get paid to do their job BUT when they go beyond doing their job, they make a difference in someone's life. The NICE Team nailed it for us! From the very beginning -when they draw your project on their white board to the text you get and the call you also get when your technician is on their way- to the actual repair and installation, they have definitely showed professionalism. You talk to people who do the job there. Very clear, concise and always making sure your decisions are the best for you. I cannot have had any better with anyone else than with NICE. THANK YOU! We arrived to customers home to address a few discrepancies during the previous install. We started by extending and redirecting the exhaust for the navien. We then fixed the naviens position so that it sits upright. We then fed the drain line through a piece of pvc at a downward angle to help when draining. We adjusted the emergency drains from the navien to ensure they don’t rattle against the other pipes. And lastly we removed the old furnace cover plate and installed a new white one. We finished the authorized work and thanked customer for their patience.

Performed cooling tune up. Checked all major components and system operation. Flushed drain line. Cleaned condenser coil. Customer using 2 16x12x4” air filters and EAC prescreens. Removed prescreens and advised customer not to use them anymore and to use a 16x25x4-5” filter instead of 2 filters to avoid filter pass-by. Replaced filters with filters provided by customer. Found lots of rust in furnace, on evaporator coil, reversing valve, accumulator and compressor. Ducts are very dirty. Blower wheel is 50% impacted. Evaporator coil 75% impacted. No flood protection. Compressor pulling high amps on start up. Compressor and condenser fan motor capacitors failing. Restriction in piston causing high head pressure, high subcooling and high superheat. System is 25 years old and uses R22 refrigerant. System replacement is recommended due to age, condition and estimated costs of repairs. Set up appointment with comfort specialist for tomorrow evening to discuss replacement options. Recommen

This option is the least expensive option that would safely address what we were called out for. * Dual capacitor replacement for your outdoor system Cooling safety inspection and maintenance. Turned the thermostat to cooling then dropped the temperature to 70 then verified system operation, inspected the air filter, went to the attic then inspected the air handler, found evaporator coil in poor condition almost 90% rusted out, found the blower assembly about 80% dirty no water safety system system installed to prevent flooding, advised the client of my findings the client did not want to invest more money on this system he prefers to upgrade. Flushed the condensation drain line then cleaned the condenser coil and checked the capacitor, found very weak capacitor, the client authorized the capacitor replacement, checked the refrigerant pressures, the compressor amperage and the fan motor. The refrigerant pressures are good, recommend to upgrade the whole Hvac system due to age and cond

Heat tune up I checked everything around the furnace and made sure there was no major problems. Everything was good to go no gas leaks or carbon monoxide. The filter was good. I then found a gas leak on the water heater gas line. It was the union leaking gas out I did confirm it with the soap bubbles. The client had left for a doctors appointment and the mother was there I went over the full report, I couldn’t reach out to the client but will send all the information and the mother will let her know about the problem. Tune up inspections checked filter and blower wheel. Checked DT. Checked cap customer complained about system not working efficiently. Checked heating package and found high limit switch malfunction. Advised customer to replace it will contact customer when part is in. Working with only one heater right now

1)fireplace diagnostic 2) client said system is not coming on I was able to relight pilot and found gas leak on gas valve unfortunately they do not make that gas valve anymore due to age. I advised to upgrade system due to age,efficiency and conditions. 3)Job complete, client will pass information over to new owners.

We went to this client for a return visit The client had said that there was still no heat coming in with the new blower motor installed. We check the blower motor, the wiring and it was good. We found the problem which it was the blower motor it was the wrong one it was for a furnace not an air handler. We went in and brought the right blower motor for the air handler and we recycle the system and everything was now working good.
