Not sure why NICE Heating and Air is not appearing with rave reviews. We had an exceptional experience with them. They went above and beyond. I strongly believe that people get paid to do their job BUT when they go beyond doing their job, they make a difference in someone's life. The NICE Team nailed it for us! From the very beginning -when they draw your project on their white board to the text you get and the call you also get when your technician is on their way- to the actual repair and installation, they have definitely showed professionalism. You talk to people who do the job there. Very clear, concise and always making sure your decisions are the best for you. I cannot have had any better with anyone else than with NICE. THANK YOU!
