Francisco and Rolando were good workers. They arrived about 10 a.m. and worked diligently all day at assembling and installing the new gas fireplace unit until about 6 o’clock or so. It was well after dark when they finished, cleaned up, tested the unit and showed us how to operate it. They took a picture of the completed unit and soon left. We still want to know how to operate the unit with batteries in the event of a power outage. We have not yet received a builders permit from Fairfax County so that we can schedule inspection by the inspector.
Freddie quickly figured out that I had a leak problem and despite having to get parts he quickly finished it and cid a thorough cleaning of the fireplace. Both Freddie and his assistant where delightful to have in my home and left it neat and clean.

Client just cleaned it within the month. Checked blower wheel. Blower wheel was about 70% restricted. Checked electrical components. Evaporator is cased coil. Temperature split was a bit low, only 8 degrees. Flushed condensate drain line. Washed outdoor coil. Checked electrical components. Outdoor capacitor was within range for compressor side but below for the fan. May need to replace soon. Checked refrigerant pressures. Pressures were below manufacture specifications. Client approved refrigerant recharge. System is operational at this time. Job complete.
