Upon arrival found system tripped on hard lockout. Reset lockout and performed thorough evaluation of the whole system. Found condenser coil dirty, chemically cleaned it. Refrigerant charge low, charged with 1lb of R410A. Found blower capacitor failing, replaced it and brushed dirt from blower motor. Blower and evaporator coil are starting to get dirty and will require cleaning if filter is not kept clean/changed. Rinsed out customer’s washable filter and left outside to dry, customer will install once filter has dried. Enrolled customer in Comfort Advantage Club. The system is working properly at this time.
