Customer explained that system has not been cooling and that they had to previously add refrigerant in the past. Upon arrival found system not cooling, 0° temp split. Found system refrigerant charge low, charged to manufacturer specs with R410A and recommend performing a leak search to determine location of leak. Customer declined leak search at this time and understands that there is no warranty on refrigerant and that it will likely leak back out again. Performed thorough evaluation of the system and found evaporator coil very rusty. Drain pan and line have lots of debris. Blower assembly is very dirty and requires cleaning. Blower and compressor capacitors are failing and need to be replaced. Condenser coil dirty. System is 14 years old and has reached its life expectancy making it more prone to failures.
