Performed electronic leak search on the condenser coil and the Eva oil, found very small refrigerant leaks at the suction and discharge valves, advised the client to have us replace the outdoor system, the client just wanted to replace the Txv and do the repairs. Removed the old outdoor TXV then removed the biflow drier, pressurized the system to 200 psig , pulled vacuum then recharge the system with R 410a, final cycled the system. Job complete
