Michael came to our house at about 6:00pm to check on our new thermostat as we had a new unit (air conditioner, furnace and new duct) put in on 12/31/2019. The Nexia thermostat was periodically rebooting on its own and since it was under warranty, Michael said he would order a new one. He checked in the attic at the drain line and inspected the thermostat. He was very professional and explained how the thermostat works with the unit even more so than when it was originally installed. Great job!
