Northwind installed our new A/C and did a great job. Juan was very professional, as was Brigitte in helping us to understand what work and parts were needed. Small repairs needed on ceiling where a return was placed incorrectly, but we expect that will be taken care of shortly. Also had a blower magically go out while the installation was in progress, but appreciate that Northwind took the responsibility for it and replaced it. Overall, a nice job and appreciate the work done here.
