Richard and his partner were out to service our 20 year old air conditioner as part of their Gold Service Program. They spent over an hour and went over our system with a fine-toothed comb. Their honesty was evident when Richard suggested not to replace a part that was wearing out due to the age of the air conditioner. They could have made a quick buck($200-225) off of us, but elected to treat us as valuable customers instead. We will use Parker Air & Heating when we need to replace our unit in the next couple of years. We also appreciated all the tips Richard gave us to keep our heating and cooling system running smoothly. Great service.
