Repaired Bryant Preferred 925S furnace with no heat complaint in Dilworth, MN. Diagnosed failed hot surface igniter using multimeter. Replaced with OEM 201D1-1 igniter. Cleaned flame sensor with emery cloth. Checked inducer motor operation and pressure switch function. Verified proper ignition sequence and flame carryover. Tested limit switches and adjusted blower speed for optimal temperature rise. System restored to full functionality.
