Addressed a cooling issue by adding refrigerant to the system. First, inspected the unit for any leaks and checked the current refrigerant levels. Determined that the system was low on refrigerant and required an additional 1 lb of R-410A. Carefully added the refrigerant while monitoring the system’s pressure levels to ensure they were within the manufacturer's specifications. Tested the air conditioning unit to confirm improved cooling performance and verified that the system was functioning efficiently and effectively for the customer.
